Who is responsible for your data

When you are a member of a club, the club is the data controller: it decides what your data is used for. Clabb acts as a processor, handling it on the club's behalf to provide the service. Each club publishes its own policy on its site.

Clabb is the controller only of the usage measurement on the website (see below) and of the contact details of the people who create or run a club on the platform.

What data is processed

• Your account: name, email, phone, city, ID number and profile photo.
• Your membership: club, plan, status, member number, expiry date, points, ride attendance and check-ins.
• Your vehicles: make, model, year, plate and the photos you upload.
• Membership payments: amount, date and method, as recorded by the club. Clabb does not ask for or store cards or bank accounts.
• What you write: comments you send your club (with your name or anonymously) and your app rating.
• Notifications: if you turn them on, a device identifier to deliver them.

App permissions

• Location: only while you use the app, to show how far the partner businesses are. It is used on your phone and is not sent or stored.
• Camera: only to scan QR codes (admins and partner businesses).
• Photos: only the ones you choose to upload, such as your vehicles'.

The app has no ads and no analytics tools, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.

What it is used for

To manage your membership, organize rides and their check-in, show you your club's partner perks, record your payments and let you know, by email or notification, about anything that affects your membership. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

What other members see

Your name, photo, primary vehicle, city and points are visible to the other active members of your club in the Grid and the ranking. Your email, phone, ID number, plates and payments are not: only the club's admins see those.

Who it is shared with

Only with the providers needed to run the service, each receiving just what its job requires: hosting and database (Supabase, Vercel), email delivery (Resend), push notifications (Expo, Apple and Google), address search (Google Maps) and billing clubs for their Clabb subscription (Polar). None of them use it for their own purposes.

Website usage measurement

On the website and dashboard, Clabb records actions inside the product —signing in, RSVPing to a ride, opening a perk— to decide what to improve. It uses Mixpanel and sends an internal identifier, the club and details such as language or device type, never your name, email or phone. If you'd rather not be measured, write to us and we'll turn it off for your account.

How long it is kept

For as long as you have an account. If your membership expires, your profile and history are kept so you can renew without starting over, until you delete your account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and your data at any time, from the app or from your club's website. Your profile, vehicles, photos and history are erased. Payments are kept without your name, because the club needs them for its accounting. How to delete your account.

Your rights

Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, you can access, update and correct your data, request proof of your consent, know how it is used, withdraw consent, ask for it to be deleted and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC). You can do most of this yourself from your profile. For anything else, write to your club or to hola@clabb.app.

Minors

Clabb is intended for people 18 and older. If a club admits minors, the club is responsible for having their parents' or guardians' consent.
