Delete your account

From the app

1. Open Clabb and go to your profile (in “Más”, or tap your photo at the top).
2. Tap “Eliminar mi cuenta” (Delete my account).
3. Check what will be deleted in each of your clubs.
4. Enter your password and type the word ELIMINAR to confirm.

From the website

1. Sign in on your club's website (yourclub.clabb.app).
2. Open “Mi perfil” (My profile).
3. At the bottom, choose “Eliminar mi cuenta” and confirm with your password and the word ELIMINAR.

What is deleted

• Your account and your sign-in.
• Your profile: name, email, phone, city, ID number and photo.
• Your vehicles and their photos.
• Your memberships in every club, ride RSVPs, check-ins, points and notifications.
• The notification tokens of your devices.

What is kept

• Membership payments, with the member number and without your name, because the club needs them for its accounting and tax records.
• Comments you sent your club with your name, shown as “Deleted account”. Anonymous ones already had no name.

If you had paid time left on a membership, it is lost; the app shows you before you confirm.

If you run a club

If you are the only admin of a club, you need to appoint another admin first: a club can't be left without anyone to run it.
